The more specific you are in terms, the more specific the match. However, being too specific might limit you on different spellings of words or options available that won‘t show up on a search.

For instance, if you search for “pens” in keywords you will get a large number to view (over 10,000). If you search for “Bic pens”, your search will be much more limited (about 390). Keep that in mind as you make your search.

Also, if you want an item that is “Made in the USA”, “Union Made" or “Environmentally Friendly”, be sure to click the box on the bottom of the search for the best match on those categories. When selected, only items that meet the selected criteria will be displayed.
